PDA vs personal computer?

yes they will eventually. i am 13 but i have a pocket PC PDA/cellphone (widows based) from Altell but it can actually do things a computer can't like fit into your pocket and call people and you are able to get on micrsoft internet explorer and go to any website a computer can as long as you have a cell phone signal
