How many Jehovah's Witnesses can claim to be in the New Covenant and to have Christ Jesus as their mediator?

What does the Bible say about Christ Jesus as mediator of the new covenant? Who is included? Is there any evidence to suggest that the Watch Tower Society excludes people from the new covenant?
