Nigeria, What is the meaning of the word Oyingbo and who does it refer to?

I know that the lebanese are often refered to as oyingbo in nigeria, but is this term exclusive to lebanese? i know that there are a lot of chinese and indians as well in nigeria. do you have names for them as well??
