What to do with a guy that really likes me but has a GF? (i really like him too)?

You see, i moved to Kuwait ten days ago, i am lebanese, and he is lebanese too. we hang out in a group all the time, and last week we started having "looks" and things get intense sometimes. nothing happened yet, and i learned he has a Girlfriend back home. he wants us to go with the flow. i know he is a player, and he is a friend of my friend's fiance. it is so hard, especially that i really like him, but not sure how to handle this, don't want to be played or hurt, but my stupid self keep hoping that he will like me enough to change... what to do?
