Why hasn't Nicandra Diaz-Santillan been arrested and deported yet?

My wife is from Thailand and has had to pay the price to come to America, she had to learn English and respect our laws. She only makes 1/3 of what NICKY made. After three years of marriage and thousands of dollars, she will be a Citizen soon.She didn't do it forging doents and lying to our government. When she becomes a CITIZEN, I am going to file a law suit to get a refund for all the money I spent.Why should we pay when immigrants get it for free? Why should anyone respect this country anymore? Try this in another part of the world and see the outcome. I hope America is willing to gain some respect in the future by arresting people who admit they commited a felony on national TV!
