Who sings this song? "until you're proud of me"?

I remember way back in 7th grade when it was the year 2001/2002 we had a lip syncing contest in our music cl. One group sung a song that was like "until you're proud of me". Its bugged me since cause I have no idea who sings it. It sounds like Alien Ant Farm or maybe Korn? Someone in that type of genre. So help me out. Its a rock/alternative song and it came around 2001/2002 or sometime before.
