A special Spanish cultural experience (Chile, Colombia, Espa�a)?

We have to do a presentation on a special event/item/thing from Chile, Colombia, or Spain. We have to become experts on the topic and really teach the cl. She does not want us to just bring in food and say whats in it. Or talk about an independence day. Any ideas? Thanks.
