My girlfriend is out of my league.?

So I failed a lot of cles last year and I am still technically a junior for the first semester. My girlfriend, is like 10th in the cl. She is super hot. She belly dances....she is incredibly smart. She can drive. She is in like all AP cles. Our intellect is pretty close, but my will to succede in school is about a million times less than hers. I have like no close friends and she has an average social life. She is pretty wealthy. I dont understand why she wants to go out with me other than what she sees on the outside. I.e. my looks, and my appearance to be an average student. I dont deserve her, and want to die. Would i be saving trouble by just calling it off? That has been my thought as of late. If you have any input at all, or an experience similar to this, please go ahead and post.
